Description: Boil the tortellini in broth (mixture of vegetable and chicken) and a small olive oil. Sauté the mushrooms (your choice) in butter and vegetable oil and added dry spices appropriate for mushrooms.
Prepare the sauce a la Stroganoff of finely chopped mushrooms (preferably mushrooms Morels (Morilles), or whatever you have, add a cream, mustard and spices of your choice.
Arrange in a suitable for serving vessel. You can add a top grated Parmesan.
