Description: Prepare in advance the pork fillets as process them with a dry marinade. Let them to stay 2-3 hours.
Boil in a small vegetable broth, vegetable oil and spices the baby carrots and peas (optionally, you can add other vegetables).
Prepare a sauce of onions, tomatoes, red and yellow peppers and spices (paprika, savory, basil, black pepper, mint).
Combine in a suitable vessel and decorate according to your preferences with fresh green herbs.
