Description: Rice is boiled in vegetable bouillon and a small vegetable oil. The sauce is prepared in a teflon pan with a small butter, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, white pepper and the juice of two oranges and half a lemon, half a glass of Porto and a several fruits - tangerines, pears (can optionally add other fruits). Before serving, be arranged as on the rice is placed the fruit sauce. Decorate with dried dill and leaves of fresh herbs.
