Description: On March 29, 2014 the Netherlands celebrates (Grondwet Festival) the 200th anniversary of the Constitution.

Article 50:
The States-General (The Parliament) representing the entire Dutch people.

Article 51, paragraph 1:
The States-General consists of the Second Chamber and the First Chamber.

Article 65:
Determine annually on the third Tuesday in September or on the law earlier time is given by or on behalf of the King in a joint session of the States-General a statement of the policy to be pursued by the Government.

Article 45, paragraph 1:
The ministers form together the Cabinet.
